Are these straps a standard size?
Bra Straps Australia’s straps uses a universal “hook and loop system”, however not all sizes are identical. BSA uses high quality hooks of industry average thickness and length. If you find that our hooks do not fit in your loops, please let us know and we can help you to find a solution.

My bra isn’t convertible, it doesn’t have removable straps. Can I still use your straps?
Yes! Even if your bra isn’t convertible you can still convert your standard bra into one that is compatible with our removable straps. Simply cut off your existing straps and sew on your own loop. TIP: Be sure to leave enough material when cutting off the existing bra strap to fold over and create the loop. Now your bra is convertible!

What material are your straps made of?
We have many different types of bra straps made out of many different types of materials. The most common of which are nickel-free metal, cotton, lycra, polyester and plastic. We only use the highest quality materials to ensure that your straps look glamorous… day or night! If you would like to know more about a certain bra strap, please contact us and we will give you as much information as we can.

I have a large cup size, do your straps support larger busts?
Yes! I, myself, am a GG cup size and I must admit I was skeptical to begin with, however I now wear them all the time. I can confidently tell you that they do support larger breasts!

What is your return policy and faulty goods policy?
All sales are generally final, however we do assess each case separately, so if you feel you would like to return one of our products please contact us and let us know. Should you find any products to be faulty, we will happily exchange them for you.
